A robot called GLaDOS promises you CAKE as your reward for enduring and completing these life challenging tests.

As you progress, GlaDos reveals her real, dark, intentions in that kindly voice she still has.

Aperture Science is also mentioned in some of the Half-life games.

GlaDos is the voice behind everything you hear. She is a giant robot that basically controls the facility. The development of GLaDOS, an artificially intelligent research assistant and disk-operating system, began in 1986 in response to Black Mesa’s work on similar portal technology.

She is an extremely dark robot and has been corrupted for some time. The game hints that she was the one that became corrupted and had killed everyone in the facility.

How many people have been fooled into thinking Rapture is that Fun and CAREFREE place described in the advertisements, but here is the truth Many!

What is this new “swagger” do for you. Best guess is that it has to do something with confidence. Very little confidence in one self “low swagger” could drop the ball or miss the catch or even throw the ball too far in a 4 and 1 play. Could it also increase in the game as well as you perform better after you run 40 yards.

As dorky as it may look it just might change the way we look at gaming, or casual gaming. To display the power of the Plasystation Move the makers of Sorcery was demo’d at E3 . My jaw dropped when I saw this and I can’t wait to get it.

Square Enix’s last great success is Dragon Quest IX. It has sold 3.7 million copies in Japan alone.

Yoichi Wada believes that the next greatest Square Enix release will sell 5 million copies domestically.

This is really possible if you think about it. Let’s say they sell 4 million in Japan and 2 million in the US then it could be a possibility. That right there is 6 million. Now with the PS3 bundle you could add another million to that. That there my friends would set the number over Yoichi’s mark.

Embedded in a flash site is apparently the Japanese release date for Final Fantasy XIII. That release date is December 17.

The flash site’s URL had “_Before_” in it, and typing “_After” seems to bring up this image, which clearly states that the game goes on sale December 17, 2009. Previously, the title was announced for “this winter”.

The rumored date is Japan only.

This release date is still unconfirmed. However, as local YouTube ads point out, Square Enix will be announcing the title’s Japanese release date today.

With the overwhelming power it will take to run Final Fantasy XIII, Square Enix producer Yoshinori Kitase confirmed that the 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII will ship on multiple discs, as previously thought. Well that was a big shocker.

This is not the final count as were still working on it, but were aiming for about three discs for the Xbox 360 version, he stated when talking about the number of discs. After that, he then when on to assure that the two versions of the game will be practically identical, although he did concede that there will be subtle differences between the two.

The 360 version and the PS3 version should be pretty much equal, both in terms of content and the visuals as well, he continued. Since the hardware is different, there might be some subtle differences if you compare screenshots side by side, but the teams being very careful about the compression of the data and the visuals, so that its exactly the same on both.

This kid is insane. He passed thing song with a 77% completion and a note streak of 51. That is much better than what I could do on that game and too add more insult to injury on myself he is using is elbow. I guess I need to add some salt on the wound he is using a reflection of the mirror as well.

Treyarch is also getting in on 4th of July celebrations in the US with a double XP weekend event for the PS3, Xbox 360, PC, and Wii versions of Call of Duty: World at War. This isn’t restricted to the US too; it’s worldwide. The event will kick off on July 3 at 10 AM PST and will run until July 6, 10 AM PST.

On the same day as the double XP event starts, there will also be a playlist update to incorporate the Map Pack 2 maps into the main Core and Hardcore rotations. The Map Pack playlist will still be open for those who want to play only on the Map Pack 2 maps, though.

PS3 gamers will also get to compete with other games in the PS3 Weekend Warrior (no relation to our own WWs) Competition over the weekend. The schedule’s below.
