As dorky as it may look it just might change the way we look at gaming, or casual gaming. To display the power of the Plasystation Move the makers of Sorcery was demo’d at E3 . My jaw dropped when I saw this and I can’t wait to get it.

Square Enix’s last great success is Dragon Quest IX. It has sold 3.7 million copies in Japan alone.

Yoichi Wada believes that the next greatest Square Enix release will sell 5 million copies domestically.

This is really possible if you think about it. Let’s say they sell 4 million in Japan and 2 million in the US then it could be a possibility. That right there is 6 million. Now with the PS3 bundle you could add another million to that. That there my friends would set the number over Yoichi’s mark.

Embedded in a flash site is apparently the Japanese release date for Final Fantasy XIII. That release date is December 17.

The flash site’s URL had “_Before_” in it, and typing “_After” seems to bring up this image, which clearly states that the game goes on sale December 17, 2009. Previously, the title was announced for “this winter”.

The rumored date is Japan only.

This release date is still unconfirmed. However, as local YouTube ads point out, Square Enix will be announcing the title’s Japanese release date today.

With the overwhelming power it will take to run Final Fantasy XIII, Square Enix producer Yoshinori Kitase confirmed that the 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII will ship on multiple discs, as previously thought. Well that was a big shocker.

This is not the final count as were still working on it, but were aiming for about three discs for the Xbox 360 version, he stated when talking about the number of discs. After that, he then when on to assure that the two versions of the game will be practically identical, although he did concede that there will be subtle differences between the two.

The 360 version and the PS3 version should be pretty much equal, both in terms of content and the visuals as well, he continued. Since the hardware is different, there might be some subtle differences if you compare screenshots side by side, but the teams being very careful about the compression of the data and the visuals, so that its exactly the same on both.

Red Box is great for there $1/day movie rentals and now they are offering $2/day video game rentals. They are now offering these kiosk’s in Reno, NV and we have been told they are offering this in North Carolina. Its time to mix it up your night with various selections of games for PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.

Over the years many shooters have come and gone. Many on par with the biggest Hollywood movie blockbusters. There is however very few that we all still play. The Halo 3 and Call of Duty franchises are the most popular shooters. Now what do these games have that many other shooters dont?

Halo 3 nailed it down extremely well. They listened to what the players wanted and they delivered. Gears of War is another example of a great game. The story sucks you in from the beginning and its great all the way to the end. The online multi-player is extremely balanced as well. Call of Duty has two different developers who trade off, Infinity Ward and Treyarch. Infinity Ward does an amazing job keeping the game balanced and just right. Treyarch on the other hand, not so much.

Not all games are perfect but in the future this is something we would like to see in upcoming shooters.

Customization: The Call of Duty Franchise does a good job with customization, but how come I cant have a laser sight on my shotgun with a grip? Simple things like that just dont make sense and therefore should be fixed.

Clan System: Playing with your buddies is fun and some games even have a clan tag, but in 2009 we still have to resort to using sites like Gamebattles.com to duke it out. Why cant we have a game with this built in and that way there is no dispute in who won? Halo 2 had this and it was fun to talk trash to the opposing clan.

Party System/Online Co-Op: What is more fun then gaming with your friends? If I cant invite my friends to the game why should I even play it in the first place

Instill More Teamwork: Left 4 Dead is a great game that makes you stick with your team. If you wander off to far or you lag behind then you are going to get butt diddled by the better half of the citys population. So unless you like getting raped by undead people, we suggest that sticking with your team would probably be in your best interests.

This kid is insane. He passed thing song with a 77% completion and a note streak of 51. That is much better than what I could do on that game and too add more insult to injury on myself he is using is elbow. I guess I need to add some salt on the wound he is using a reflection of the mirror as well.
